Address Accuracy:
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after an order has been dispatched. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries, for which we are not responsible.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once an order is marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, it is considered received. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly.
